Admission Procedure

Admission open for children of all sections of the society from the second week of February. Children seeking admission to Nursery should be 3+ years

Admission to other classes is subjected to the availability of seats and satisfactory performance in the screening entrance test.The students will be tested on the following subjects:-

1 to 5th:- English,Hindi,E.V.S and Maths

6 to 8- English and Hindi ( Grammar & Composition),Maths , Science

9th to 11th :- English and Hindi ( Grammar & Composition),Maths , Science and S.Sc.

The document required for admission:-

  1. Photocopy of birth certificate
  2. Photocopy of Aadhar card of student and parents.
  3. Copy of caste certificate.
  4. School leaving certificate of previous school.
  5. Report card of previous class.
  6. Three passport size photographs of the student.
  7. Photocopy of Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP)

Withdrawal

  • Student can withdraw his her name by giving an application one month before.
  • In the absence of such an application the fee for the ongoing month will be charged.
  • No transfer certificate will be issued until All the dues are cleared.
  • If the result is poor consistently for 2 year, the student can be asked to leave the school.
  • The School authorities reserve the right to dismis tho students who fails to maintain discipline in the school.

Rules and Regulations for the Payment of Tution Fee

All all the dues are to be depositted at school fee counter by the 10th of every month, otherwise the fine will be imposed as follows:-

  • From 11th to 20th:- Rs.50
  • From 21st to end of Month:- Rs.100
  • Next month onwards:- Rs 200 per Month

Fee Schedule

Fee is to be deposited every month but in May and February it is for two months.

  1. For the month of May and June is to be deposited in May
  2. For the month of February and March is to be deposited in February.

No student will be allowed to appear in the annual examination, If he/ she has not cleared the dues.

The fee is to be deposited within time and no reminder will be given for the same. Principal reserves the right to issue TC on the grounds of non payment of school dues.
