ADMISSION POLICY & SCHOOL REGULATIONS

Admissions:

Admissions are open to students from all sections of society commencing from the second week of February. For Nursery admission, the child must be 3+ years of age. Admission to other classes is subject to the availability of seats and successful performance in the entrance screening test.

Entrance Assessment Criteria:

  • Classes I–V: English, Hindi, Environmental Studies (E.V.S.), and Mathematics
  • Classes VI–VIII: English & Hindi (Grammar and Composition), Mathematics, and Science
  • Classes IX–XI: English & Hindi (Grammar and Composition), Mathematics, Science, and Social Science

Documents Required:

  • Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Aadhar Card of Student and Parents (Photocopy)
  • Caste Certificate (Copy)
  • School Leaving Certificate from the previous institution
  • Report Card of the last class attended
  • Three recent passport-size photographs of the student
  • Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) Photocopy

Withdrawal & Transfer Policy:

Students seeking withdrawal must submit a written application at least one month in advance. In the absence of such notice, the fee for the ongoing month shall be charged. Transfer Certificates will be issued only after clearing all outstanding dues. The school reserves the right to withdraw admission in cases of consistently poor academic performance over two consecutive years or for violation of discipline.

Fee Payment Guidelines:

All fees must be deposited at the school fee counter on or before the 10th of every month. Late submissions will incur penalties as follows:

  • 11th to 20th: ₹50
  • 21st to end of the month: ₹100
  • Thereafter: ₹200 per month

Fee Structure:

  • Fees are payable on a monthly basis.
  • For May and February, fees are collected on a bi-monthly basis:
    • May: Covers May & June
    • February: Covers February & March
  • Students will not be permitted to appear in the annual examinations unless all dues are fully cleared.

Strict adherence to fee timelines is expected, and no reminders will be issued. The Principal reserves the right to issue Transfer Certificates in cases of non-payment of dues.
